Terms and Conditions Agreement with AKM Kennels
PROOF OF Rabies, DHPP, and Bordatella (kennel cough) vaccinations must accompany all dogs for first time boarders. ALL dogs must be in good health and have received flea and tick prevention. Owners will certify that their dog/s are in good health, have not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days and are current on the before mentioned vaccinations before any future boardings. Upon admission, all dogs must be free of any condition that could potentially jeopardize other guests, including fleas and ticks. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or readmitted. Dogs with fleas and/or ticks will be treated at owners expense.
We will not allow boarding for dogs with recent surgery or procedure that require limited activity and or a protective cone.
